With just over 20 years of property investment experience in the US and New Zealand, Cliff and Juli Tolley have a clear idea of what property owners need and want. They have run the full gauntlet - managing and maintaining their own rental properties personally to working with multiple property management companies including several Quinovic offices. In 2010, Cliff and Juli moved from Los Angeles to Tauranga, and bought the Quinovic Tauranga franchise. They joined the TPIA shortly afterwards, desiring to meet and work with other property owners and investors.
Their primary focus is on providing excellent customer service in person or virtually for absentee owners, and secondly, helping owners enhance property profitability and performance with a friendly, approachable style.
Cliff has a background in managing operational and service relationships and efficient problem-solving skills. Juli comes from a technology background with expertise in communications and project management. They believe these skills and experience allow them to provide first class service to all types of property owners.
