Exclusive tour of the new Tauranga City Council Building with Tauranga Property Investors Association

 

TPIA members are invited for an exclusive tour of New Zealand’s largest mass timber commercial building, 90 Devonport, which is home to Tauranga City Council. Achieving a NZGBC 6 Green Star Design rating, the building showcases sustainable innovation with all timber sourced from New Zealand suppliers.

The tour is scheduled for Thursday June 26th. Assemble at 5:15 at 90 Devonport Road for a 5:30 tour start. Casual drinks following from 6:30pm at Tauranga Club.
