Established in 1994 The Tauranga Property Investors' Association (TPIA) is a non profit organisation of people who own or otherwise have an interest in residential, commercial or other investment property.
Through our monthly meetings we provide the opportunity for new and existing members to increase knowledge, gain support and build confidence in all aspects of property acquisition and management.
Our monthly meetings are friendly, informative and very well attended with often upwards of 100 people. As a member you will have access to a network of local contacts who are very willing to share their collected knowledge. Guest speakers are from a range of associated professions and their presentations are invaluable for your property investment education.

Venue: Bowling Club, Tauranga Domain, Tauranga (Change in venue is common so always check our upcoming events!)
Date: Second Monday each month (except January)
Time: Open from 7pm for a 7.30pm start (meetings normally run for 1.5-2 hours)
